Ideal for anyone looking to build a serious home gym, PT studio or small private gym. Everything has been kept indoors in a dry garage. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED 1. Wolverson Fitness Power Rack / Squat Rack Heavy-duty Wolverson Fitness rack suitable for squats, bench press, pull-ups and a wide range of barbell exercises. Includes adjustable J-hooks and additional attachments. A solid, commercial-quality rack suitable for serious strength training. 2. Leg Extension / Leg Curl Attachment Padded leg extension and leg curl attachment, providing additional lower-body training options without the need for a separate large leg machine. 3. Dip Attachment Heavy-duty rack-mounted dip attachment, suitable for bodyweight or weighted dips and upper-body strength training. 4. Safety Attachments / Safety Arms Pair of heavy-duty safety/spotter arms for the Wolverson rack, providing additional protection when performing heavy lifts such as squats and bench press. 5. 3 BARBELLS • 20kg Olympic Barbell – High-quality full-size Olympic barbell, ideal for squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press and other compound lifts. • 8kg Pink Barbell – Lightweight pink barbell, ideal for lighter lifts, technique work and general training. • 12kg EZ Curl / Zig Zag Bar – Ideal for bicep curls, tricep extensions and a variety of upper-body exercises. 6. MIRAFIT ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT BENCH Heavy-duty Mirafit adjustable bench with multiple incline positions. Suitable for flat and incline bench press, dumbbell press, shoulder press and seated exercises. 7. LIFE FITNESS DUAL ADJUSTABLE PULLEY / CABLE MACHINE Premium Life Fitness cable machine featuring two independent weight stacks and height-adjustable pulleys. Extremely versatile and suitable for a huge range of chest, back, shoulder, arm, core and lower-body exercises. Includes the cable attachments shown in the photographs. 8. WOLVERSON WEIGHT PLATE STORAGE RACK / TRAINING STATION Heavy-duty Wolverson weight storage station with multiple storage pegs for the weight plates. Importantly, this is more than simply a plate storage rack. It includes a central lower bar placement / landmine attachment, allowing a barbell to be inserted and used for landmine rows, presses, rotational exercises and other strength movements. It also provides convenient storage for bars and accessories. 9. 215KG WEIGHT PLATE COLLECTION A substantial collection of plates in a wide range of weights, allowing both large and very small weight increases. Large plates: • 4 × 25kg = 100kg • 2 × 20kg = 40kg • 2 × 15kg = 30kg • 2 × 10kg = 20kg • 2 × 5kg = 10kg Smaller / change plates: • 2 × 2.5kg = 5kg • 2 × 2kg = 4kg • 2 × 1.5kg = 3kg • 2 × 1kg = 2kg • 2 × 0.5kg = 1kg TOTAL PLATE WEIGHT: 215KG The combination of larger plates and smaller change plates makes the set particularly useful for progressive strength training, as weight can be increased in small increments. Suitable for squats, deadlifts, bench press, Olympic lifting and general strength training. 10. PAIR OF ADJUSTABLE DUMBBELLS + STORAGE CRADLES Two adjustable dumbbells, each adjustable from approximately 5–50lb using the selector dial. Both storage cradles are included. These provide a wide range of dumbbell weights without requiring a full rack of individual dumbbells, making them particularly useful for a home gym. 11. KETTLEBELL SET Three kettlebells included: • 8kg • 12kg • 16kg Suitable for kettlebell swings, goblet squats, presses, carries, conditioning and general strength work. 12. ABDOMINAL / HYPEREXTENSION BENCH Padded abdominal/hyperextension training station as pictured. Suitable for core exercises, back extensions and other bodyweight strength exercises, with comfortable padded support and a sturdy frame. 13. EXERCISE / STABILITY BALL Large blue exercise/stability ball included. 14. INTERLOCKING GYM FLOORING The heavy-duty interlocking gym floor mats shown throughout the photographs are also included. There is a substantial amount of flooring, ideal for protecting the floor beneath the equipment and weights, providing additional grip and reducing noise. PRICE: £3,600 Open to sensible offers. I would prefer to sell the gym as one complete package, so priority will be given to somebody interested in taking the entire setup. Buyer will need a suitable van/vehicle and enough help to safely remove and transport the equipment. Some of the larger pieces will need to be dismantled for transport.
